Low-End Graphics
Lastly, you have the low-end graphics cards. With these X1300 cards, we can't really suggest anything since the two 6600GT cards we listed on the previous page are going for about the same, if not cheaper, than any of these X1300's are.
This concludes this week's video card price guide, and we would like to thank you for reading. Join us next week as we take a look at all your storage needs! Stay tuned....

Is there a reason why the X850 XT wasn't even mentioned? NewEgg has the card right now for $209-$219 (PCI-E) which looks to be a tremendous deal. Isn't it supposed to be even faster than a 6800 Ultra, which was mentioned?axi0n - Monday, February 6, 2006 - link
Surprised no one caught on to the eVGA combo deal at Monarchcomputer.com ...
eVGA NF4 Mobo w/ SLI & eVGA 7800GT for $360.xx
Dirt Cheap IMHO... if we weren't so damn close to AMD AM2 kit I would be all over that...
If you're in the market for a 512MB X1800XT, the best deal we can find for you is the Sapphire Radeon X1800XT 512MB [RTPE: 100134] going for approximately $475.
My question is why would anyone buy an X1800XT 512MB part when for ~$25 more they can get an X1900XT?

Is it just me or the 7800GTX 512 (around 900$USD) is extremely overpriced in comparison to the X1900XTX (around 600$USD)? Seems to me Nvidia will be in trouble if the don't lower thoses prices quickly.fishbits - Monday, February 6, 2006 - link
I think it's a little soon to declare Nvidia "in trouble" over momentary pricing of a bleeding edge card that's been in rare-to-none availability status. That said, yes the ATI card is the better deal for the moment.Le Québécois - Monday, February 6, 2006 - link
I said :I'm sure they will lower (well I hope so) their prices. .

No X1800XT's are listed and a X800XL is still considered high-end?Le Québécois - Monday, February 6, 2006 - link
Look closer..Every X1800 product with 512mb of ram IS an XT, not XL
