S3 Savage 2000 (Diamond Viper II)

This time, with the Pentium III 450, the Savage 2000 isn't even able to pull up its performance rank at all. Very disappointing and unfortunately we won't see a change until S3 does something with their drivers. Keep in mind that these are shipping drivers.
